阿联酋最大建筑集团Arabtec承包的价值1.49亿美元Tiara酒店处于施工最后阶段。

Tiara酒店由2座复式塔楼组成，一座有216间酒店住房，另外一座有116座复合公寓，总共是332间住房。项目将于2014年第一季度动工，预计于18个月完成。

Arabtec的管理总监Hasan Abdullah Ismaik评论，建造在朱美拉棕榈岛的Tiara酒店再次证明了Arabtec建造一流的复式房产上的能力独一无二。

 

据《海湾资讯周刊》了解，由英国DMG集团主办的“迪拜酒店用品展”是中东地区酒店业至关重要的展会，展示了酒店、餐饮、娱乐休闲业各个方面的最新产品、服务及技术。2012年迪拜酒店展吸引了来自45个国家的420位参展商参展。共有来自93个国家14,801位专业观众观展。观众总数增长5%，其中包括来自78个国家的10,277位关键行业决策人及权利人。

Arabtec Construction has been awarded acontract for construction of the final phase of the AED550m ($149m)Tiara Hotel on Palm Jumeirah in Dubai

The 332-room hotelproject comprises two mixed use towers, including a dedicated 216-room hotel aswell as 116 residential apartments.

The earlier phases ofthe AED550m project wereexecuted by Arabtec Construction, and work on the final phase, valued at AED196m ($53m), will begin in the 1st quarter of 2014 and isexpected to take up to 18 months to complete.

Designed by Dar AlHandasah (Shair and Partners), the Tiara Hotel is the latest addition toArabtec’s hotel portfolio which includes Abu Dhabi’s seven-star Emirates PalaceHotel, as well as a host of towers for world-renowned hospiatlity brands.Recent contract awards in the United Arab Emirates include the Fairmont Hotel Abu Dhabi andServiced Apartments and a 5-star hotel and serviced apartments tower located inthe BusinessBay district of Dubai.
