迪拜酋长要求设立委员会监督智慧城市转型

据WAM通讯社报道，迪拜酋长穆罕默德·本·拉希德·阿卢·马克图姆周一要求设立委员会，委员会意在监督迪拜向智慧城市转型项目。酋长委派Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum王子监督迪拜转型智慧城市项目的实施。他还要求设立高级委员会。其包括迪拜的其他公众及私人部门：迪拜经济发展部部长Sami Dahen Al Qamzi，迪拜警察局首领Ahmad bin Humaidan，迪拜政府部门负责人Hilal Al Merri,迪拜旅游及贸易部部长Abdullah Abdul Rahman Al Sheibani，迪拜执行委员会秘书长Ahmad bin Bayat，阿联酋电信CEO Ahmad Julfar以及TECOM投资集团CEO Dr Amina Al Rostamani。

“迪拜目前正经历巨大的城市发展，雄心壮志与机遇将并存。当代的年轻人是非常幸运的，因为他们正处于转型的中间时段。积极有效的发展有助于建设一个更好的未来。” Sheikh Mohammed在周六宣布了转型项目的计划。他说，这个项目将让迪拜的公共部门和私营部门成为最大伙伴。 智能城市项目将让市民处理与政府部门事宜，可以只靠智能手机，并且在一年中任何时间，任何一天。”迪拜总统说光纤网络及高速的无限网络将是“迪拜新生活”的骨干。

 

The Dubai ruler has tasked Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince, to oversee the implementation of the Dubai Smart City project, news agency reported.He also ordered the setting up of a Higher Committee for the project to be chaired by Mohammad bin Abdullah Al Gergawi, head of the Sheikh Mohammad executive office.The committee will include other high profile members representing the public and private sectors in Dubai, WAM added.

They include Sami Dahen Al Qamzi, director general of Dubai's Department of Economic Development, Major General Khamis Mattar Al Mazeina, acting chief of Dubai Police, Ahmad bin Humaidan, director general of Dubai eGovernment, director general of Dubai's Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing, Abdullah Abdul Rahman Al Sheibani, secretary general of Dubai Executive Council, Ahmad bin Bayat, chairman of du, , CEO of Etisalat, and Dr Amina Al Rostamani, Group CEO of Tecom Investments. Sheikh Hamdan was quoted as saying: "Dubai is currently experiencing huge urban development associated with high ambitions and opportunities for future and welfare. The current generation of youth are lucky to be at the centre of such a transformation and development to efficiently and actively contribute to the process of building a better future."Sheikh Hamdan said the Dubai Smart City project will be "the largest partnership of its kind between Dubai's public and private sectors".Sheikh Mohammed on Saturday announced plans to transform the emirate through a new Smart City project.The Smart City project will enable the public to deal with government departments using their smart phones "any time, any day of the year", a statement said.The Dubai ruler said fibre optic networks and high-speed wireless internet will form the backbone of "a new life in the city of Dubai".
