棕榈岛集团将投资4730万美元用于位于朱美拉棕榈岛的最新两项新海滨建设。

该迪拜开发商已授权联合国家工程公司（UNEC)建造这个拥有170套住宅的Azure社区及其游泳池，项目价值共3680万美元。

另外，棕榈岛集团同时聘请AlGhurair工程公司负责建造VistaMare俱乐部，这项合约价值1050万美元。

两项工程都将很快开展施工建设，VistaMare俱乐部和Azure社区的工期分别为18个月和2年。

Azure社区高10层楼，包含170个一间或两间卧室的公寓，一个泳池，9个餐馆，1个体育馆和260个停车位。VistaMare俱乐部为2层楼，设有36个影视隔间，8个咖啡馆/餐馆，1个体育馆和1个零售商场。

 

Nakheel pens $47.3m beachfront development deal

Contracts worth AED174m ($47.3m) have been awarded to Nakheel for the construction of two new beachfront projects on Palm Jumeirah.

The Dubai developer has appointed United National Engineering Company (UNEC) to build the 170 apartments and swimming pool at Azure Residences, under a contract worth AED135.5m ($36.8m).

Nakheel has also hired Al Ghurair Contracting and Engineering Works to build Club Vista Mare in a deal worth AED38.7m ($10.5m).

Work on both projects – two of several underway on Nakheel’s flagship Palm Jumeirah island – will begin soon, the company said, with an 18-month construction timeline for Club Vista Mare and two years for Azure Residences.

The 10-storey Azure Residences complex includes 170 one and two bedroom apartments, an infinity pool, nine restaurants, a gym and a car park for 260 vehicles.

Club Vista Mare is spread over two floors and features 33 studio apartments, eight cafes/restaurants, a gym and retail facilities.
