阿联酋新建住宅项目将投资13.6亿美元

WAM通讯社消息，阿联酋政府计划投资13.6亿美元为1万名阿国民建设新住宅。

阿联酋副总统兼总理、迪拜酋长谢赫•穆罕默德•本•拉希德•阿勒马克图姆近日在阿东北部进行访问时宣布了这个计划。

谢赫•穆罕默德的访问从沙迦Al Seouh地区的综合住房项目开始，并听取了扎耶德住房计划（ZHP）的报告。该环保住宅项目已完工63%，建成406套住宅，造价约3亿迪拉姆。

谢赫•穆罕默德还参观了Dibba 富查伊拉的哈利法综合住宅项目，该项目已建成384套住宅，花费3.5亿迪拉姆。另外，阿吉曼、哈伊马角和乌姆盖万为1200为阿国民建设的住宅尚在建设中，共计投资12亿迪拉姆。

新提出的综合住宅区名为“Union Complex”，将为1万阿国民提供住宅。谢赫•穆罕默德表示，阿联酋是建立在民众舍己为人、积极乐观和团结一致的基础上，阿将始终追求最卓越的事物，永不停歇。

 

UAE to spend $1.36bn on new homes for 10,000 Emiratis

The UAE government is to spend AED5bn ($1.36bn) building new homes for 10,000 Emiratis, the WAM news agency announced on Tuesday.

The plans were announced by the UAE Vice President and Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, during a field tour to the northern eastern regions of the UAE on Tuesday morning.

Sheikh Mohammed commenced his tour at the residential complex project at Al Seouh district in Sharjah, where he was briefed by the Zayed Housing Programme (ZHP) on their activities in the region. The environment-friendly residential project is around 63 percent complete, with 406 residences built at a cost of AED301m.

He toured the Khalifa residential complex in Dibba Fujairah area, where he inspected 384 houses built at a cost of AED350m. The Dubai leader also surveyed the Khalifa residential complex in the Dibba Fujairah area, where 384 homes are being built at a cost of AED350m, as well as three residential projects in Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah and Umm Al Qaiwain, where homes for 1,200 citizens, at a cost of AED1.2bn, are currently underway.

The newly announced residential complex, which will provide homes for 10,000 citizens, will be named the "Union Complex".

"The best is coming and we will not stop working because the UAE was founded on the self-denial, optimism and cohesion between the leadership and people," Sheikh Mohammed was quoted as saying.
