最新数据表明，2014年第一季度大约39%的迪拜公司计划增加员工人数，而去年同期只有27%.

根据2013第四季度年迪拜经济发展委员会组织的季度商业信心调查显示，相比与贸易公司，服务业和制造业公司表现出更加乐观的招聘倾向。

 2013年第四季度，58%的受访人员预计经济会持续发展。2014年第一季度63%的受访人员表示经济会持续发展。因此国家商业信心稳步增长。

调查还显示，基于逐渐增加的需求和利润，2014年第一季度62%的迪拜公司实现更大的盈利。对于公司盈利增长，大公司比中小企业更加有信心。

Around 39 per cent ofbusinesses in Dubaiare expected to increase their employee headcount in the first quarter of 2014compared to 27 per cent in the corresponding period last year, a new survey hasfound.

According to the quarterly business confidencesurvey conducted by the Dubai Economic Development (DED) during Q4 2013,service and manufacturing firms were found to be more optimistic about hiringthan trading companies.

The emirate’s business confidence was also onthe rise as 63 per cent of respondents foresaw better economic conditions in Q12014 compared to 58 per cent in Q4 2013. Dubai’sbusiness confidence index for the final quarter of 2013 rose to reach 144.3points, up from 141.6 points in Q3 2013, DED said.

In Q1 2014, around 62 per cent of Dubai businesses alsoexpected to see stronger net profits based on increasing demand and improvedmargins. Larger companies, though, were more confident about profits than thesmall and medium enterprises, the survey said.
