法国德西尼布（Technip）集团与科威特石油公司近日签下一份价值超4亿美元合同，项目内容包括在科威特新建石油和天然气基础设施。

合同规定，德西尼布为科提供5年的服务，并有权选择是否延长一年服务。德西尼布提供的服务包括项目管理、可行性研究、前沿设计、项目控制/规划、工程实施、采购、施工管理和员工培训等。

这些服务将由德西尼布专门成立的工作小组完成，小组办公室设在科威特石油公司总部艾哈马德。可行性研究和前沿工程设计将由德西尼布在英国的操作中心负责。

德西尼布中东地区高级副总裁Vaseem Khan表示，此项工程使德西尼布在中东地区迈出重要一步。

 

France's Technip wins $400m Kuwait oil infrastructure deal

French firm Technip has won a contract worth more than $400m from Kuwait Oil Company related to the construction of new oil and gas infrastructure facilities.

Under the agreement, Technip will provide services for the next five years with an option for an additional period of one year, a statement said.

Technip will provide KOC with a range of services, including project management, feasibility studies, front-end design, project controls, planning, engineering, procurement, construction management and training of staff, the statement added.

The services will mainly be performed by Technip’s teams in an operating centre created specifically for the occasion and housed at offices based at KOC’s headquarters in Ahmadi, Kuwait while the group’s UK operating centre will execute the feasibility studies and front-end engineering and design.

Vaseem Khan, senior vice president of Technip in the Middle East, said: “This contract is a significant milestone for Technip in the Middle East.
