由于迪拜获得2020年世博会举办权，迪拜股市在今天开盘几分钟内便飙升4个百分点，自2008年11月以来首次突破3000点大关。

建筑公司和地产公司及其他地产相关行业涨势最猛。迪拜投资公司(Dubai Investments)在世博园附近有数块土地，股价上涨了5.2个百分点。艾马尔（Emaar）地产上涨了3%

靠近迪拜的阿布扎比股市也受到影响，上涨0.9%

迪拜成为中东地区首个举办世博会的城市，未来几年将陆续投入数十亿美元用以准备世博会。地产和酒店公司将获益不少。

迪拜世博会将于2020年10月20日至2021年4月10日举办，主题为“沟通思想，创造未来”，预计将接待访客2500万人次。展会规划场地位于迪拜西南部，占地面积约为438公顷，展区分三个主题：移动性、可持续性和机遇。

 

 

Dubai stocks surge 4% in minutes on Expo victory

Dubai's main stock index jumps 4 percent in the opening minutes, rising above the 3,000 point level for the first time since November 2008, after the emirate wins the right to host the 2020 World Expo.

The market is up across the board but is led by construction and property firms, and others which could benefit from another leg up by the real estate market; Dubai Investments, which has land near the Expo site, climbs 5.2 percent and Emaar Properties gains 3 percent.

Neighbouring Abu Dhabi's index rises 0.9 percent.

"DFM general index will spark a run to challenge monthly target levels of 3,030 by today and then should gradually head higher to 3,100 and 3,251 in the coming weeks," said Shiv Prakash, senior technical analyst at NBAD Securities Research.

The global market backdrop may boost sentiment in the Gulf in general; Japanese stocks have risen towards a 5-1/2 year peak and oil prices are staying high because of disruptions to Libyan supply.
