迪拜第一季度地产交易总额达166亿美元

迪拜土地局宣布今年第一季度的发地产交易额达610亿迪拉姆（166亿美元），相比去年同期增加38%。

迪拜土地局的报告显示今年第一季度共完成15694项地产交易，地产交易活动量增加11%。

根据统计显示其中有11567项交易共价值315亿迪拉姆，还有3482项交易为抵押货款交易，价值为280亿迪拉姆。

迪拜土地局局长Sultan Butti Bin Merjen表示：“2014年第一季度的交易结果反应了投资者对迪拜的信心恢复，特别是作为国民经济中重要组成部分的房地产行业。”

“我们希望在接下来的三个季度里，房地产行业仍然如此活跃。”

与销售和抵押货款有关的土地交易占第一季度交易总额的大部分。土地抵押贷款价值241亿迪拉姆，土地销售价值174亿迪拉姆。

而与住宅相关的销售和贷款交易分别为130亿迪拉姆和31亿迪拉姆。

DubaiLand Department (DLD) has announced that the real estate transactions recordedin the emirate during the first quarter of this year exceeded AED61 billion($16.6 billion), up 38 percent over the same period last year.

DLD'sreport revealed that a total of 15,694 real estate deals were completed in thethree months to March 31 - an increase in activity of 11 percent.

Thestatistics also showed that there were 11,567 sales activities worth a total ofAED31.5 billion and 3,482 mortgage transactions, worth over AED28 billion.

SultanButti Bin Merjen, director general of DLD, said: "The results of the firstquarter 2014 reflect the renewed investor confidence in Dubai and specifically, in the city's realestate sector, which is considered an integral component of the nationaleconomy.

"Weexpect the next three quarters to be similarly as active."

Sales andmortgages relating to land transactions accounted for the lion's share of thetotal figure in Q1, with land mortgages valued at AED24.1 billion and landsales AED17.4 billion.

Sales andmortgages of residential units were worth AED13 billion and AED 3.1 billionrespectively.

"Thefigures confirm the increased activity in the city's real estate sector. Theyprove that Dubaiis attracting property ownership, whether for long-term investment or forpersonal housing needs. We anticipate this heightening of activity to continueover the coming years, with property buyers achieving good returns on theirreal estate investments," added Bin Mejren.
