以沙特国王为根基的控股公司周六表示，已经让投资者团伙买下中国网上零售公司15亿里亚尔（3.9亿美元）的证劵。
由沙特亿万富翁王子瓦利德·本·塔拉勒·阿卜杜勒·阿齐兹就任要职的投资公司用4.7亿里亚尔投资了京东网上商城。
瓦利德王子说这笔交易加固了沙特与中国的战略合作关系。
京东网上商城是中国最大的消费性电子商品网上商场。
这些投资依据去年由王室联合控股在推特上投资了3亿美金而来。
在一份声明中，艾哈迈德哈拉瓦尼，英王室的执行董事，私募股权投资和国际投资说：“这笔交易确认KHC的专业知识，以寻求有价值的全球投资机会，鉴于他们的潜在回报率来投资他们，才能为KHC的股东创造价值”。
他还说：“这份交易同样符合王室控股私人股权投资战略，在三年内通过选择一些高速发展中的公司来寻求列出一个国际投资市场。”
京东网上商城CEO理查德·刘表示,他期待与沙特王室控股将会有“长持久和建设的合作关系”。
王室控股说，通过花旗银行出席了中国，瓦利德王子在中国投资了娱乐区域，其中包括香港迪斯尼乐园和在酒店区域的四季酒店和费尔蒙特酒店。
Saudi's Kingdom leads $399m China retail deal
Saudi-based Kingdom Holding Company said on Saturday it hasled a consortium of investors to buy a SR1.5bn ($399m) stake in a Chineseonline retail firm.
The investment firm, chaired by Saudi billionaire PrinceAlwaleed Bin Talal Bin Abdulaziz Alsaud, led the acquisition of the stake in360buy Jingdong Inc, with Kingdom investing SR470m.
Prince Alwaleed said the deal solidified the strategicrelationship between Saudi Arabia and China.
360buy Jingdong Mall is the biggest consumer electronicsonline retailer in China.
This online acquisition follows Kingdom Holding's combined investment of$300m in Twitter last year.
In a statement, Ahmed Halawani, Kingdom's executive director, PrivateEquity and International Investments said: "This deal confirms KHC'sexpertise to seek rewarding global investment opportunities, and to capitaliseon them in light of their potential IRR in order to extract value for KHCshareholders."
He added: "This deal is also in line with Kingdom Holding's privateequity investment strategy through selecting high growth companies potentiallyseeking to be listed in one of the international capital markets within threeyears."
Richard Liu, the founder and CEO of 360buy Jingdong Inc, said he lookedforward to a "long lasting and constructive relationship" withKingdom Holding.
Kingdom Holding said it has a presence in China via Citibank while PrinceAlwaleed's investment in the entertainment sector in China includes DisneylandHong Kong and in the hotel sector via Four Seasons Hotels and Fairmont RafflesHotel.
